Not necessarily. As long as we have access to the areas being cleaned and any required water or electricity, you generally do not need to be home. We'll make sure you know what to expect before your appointment.

Yes. Customers are required to provide access to an outdoor water source and electricity when needed for the equipment. Please make sure these are accessible before your appointment.
