Move vehicles away from work areas
Please relocate cars, motorcycles, trailers, and boats away from driveways, walkways, and any surfaces we will be cleaning.
Remove outdoor furniture & decorations
Clear patios, decks, and porches of furniture, planters, rugs, grills, and decorative items so we can reach every surface.
Ensure access to water & electricity
When required for the job, please make sure an outdoor water spigot and power outlet are available and turned on.
Secure pets indoors
For their safety and comfort, please keep pets inside during the appointment. Equipment can be loud and gates may be opened.
Keep gates accessible
Unlock fences and gates leading to the work areas so we can move freely and complete the job efficiently.
Weather-related scheduling
Light rain is usually fine, but severe weather may require rescheduling. We will reach out promptly to arrange a new time at no penalty.
