1.Scope of Work
Services are performed as described in your quote and booking confirmation. Any additional surfaces or services requested on-site may be subject to an adjusted price agreed upon before work begins.
2.Property Access & Preparation
The customer agrees to provide clear access to work areas, functioning water and electrical outlets where required, and to complete the preparation steps outlined on our Customer Preparation page prior to the appointment.
3.Scheduling & Weather
Appointments may be rescheduled due to severe weather or unsafe conditions. We will contact you promptly to arrange the next available time at no penalty.
4.Pricing & Payment
Pricing is provided in advance and is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods listed at the time of booking.
5.Satisfaction & Liability
We take great care with every property. While power washing is safe for most surfaces, pre-existing damage, loose materials, or aging surfaces may be affected. We will always discuss any concerns with you before proceeding.
6.Cancellations
Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule so we can offer the time to another customer.
